Every Event AV is an AV, lighting and media company founded in 2017. While proud to be owned and operated in the Pittsburgh area, the Every Event AV team is able and willing to travel to help clients in any part of the country realize their every event need – no matter the size.
Beginning with the conceptualization all the way through execution, Every Event AV has the expertise and flexibility to cater to any type of event, from intimate weddings to extravagant parties to corporate
meetings and everything in between. If you’re unsure of your exact needs, our skilled staff will provide recommendations that are guaranteed to exceed your expectations while staying within your budget.
Our years of experience in the Pittsburgh region have enabled us to develop a wide network of contacts at all area venues. We can even work directly with venue contacts and event coordinators on every audio and visual facet, allowing you more time to focus on your event. You will be provided with a dedicated and enthusiastic Every Event AV contact who will work closely with you every step of the way, up to and including day-of support.
About Ryan
Ryan McGrogan is the owner and founder of Every Event AV. He started the company in early 2017 after recognizing a lack of media options for small events in the Pittsburgh area. Spending many years working for a corporate AV company before starting his own business, Ryan has the experience, know-how and motivation to successfully lead the execution of a large event and holds the same standard of detail and attention to a smaller event. He is committed to providing his clients with “the same Ryan on a $100 job that I would on a $100,000 job.”
An active theater kid in high school and a local community theater volunteer well after, Ryan has always been drawn to creative arts. He prides himself on his ability to transform even the most simple and plain venue into something elaborate and unique using various forms of lighting.
He holds his bachelor’s degree in communications media with a concentration in video production from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He’s the proud dog father of three furchildren.
